ABOUT ME

I am a speaker, business consultant, and sales strategist who looks to DRIVE SALES GROWTH. I have been in their shoes.  I started as a commercial insurance producer with no formal training and built a successful book of clientele. However, I did this alone – with no additional outside training.  This hampered my success by roughly two years–  costing me time and money early in my career. Additionally, the lack of additional outside supportive training which hindered my growth curve also cost my employer an estimated $40,000. I have 25 years experience in the industry.  This includes building two insurance books of business from scratch, being promoted to a sales manager and successfully validating those producers, and then operating as a business owner.
